Change of Details

You are required to notify the nursery as soon as possible in writing of any change to your child’s details; address, phone numbers, allergies and doctor’s details.

It is in your child’s interest that all details are kept up to date at all times. It is vital that mobile phone numbers are correct for all your child’s emergency contacts
