Complaint Procedure

Your views count! If things are going well we would love to hear about it, a telephone call, or a note is wonderful to let us know we have got things right!

However, if things start to go wrong, let a member of staff know straight away. If you have a worry or comment, we assure you that your views will be taken seriously. In the first instance you should contact your child’s Key Person. They will do their very best to solve your enquiry to your satisfaction and will treat all of your comments confidentially.

If you are not happy with the response you should contact the nursery Manager either in person, by telephone, letter or e-mail who will investigate the complaint.

If you still have concerns, please put the issue in writing to;

If your complaint relates to the Statutory Welfare Requirements we will send a copy of our investigation to Ofsted. We will also inform Ofsted at the start of our investigation that we have received a complaint and they will make a decision as to whether or not to investigate the complaint further. If you remain dissatisfied at any time during the investigation, you have the right to take the issue to Ofsted on 0300 123 4666.
