Welcome to Head Start Day Nursery – Milton Keynes Village

From the time you arrive at our door you will be guaranteed a warm welcome. At Head Start Day Nursery we cater for children from 18 months up to 5 years old in two main age groups; Busy Bees and Wise Owls.

We have fantastic facilities for your child to enjoy both inside and out; current, well-resourced, regularly reviewed and updated. The children’s rooms at Head Start Milton Keynes Village Day Nursery are light, bright and welcoming; our growing garden is zoned into different areas for your child to discover and explore on a daily basis.

On joining, your child will be allocated a member of staff as their designated Key Person within their room. From this initial meeting, we learn all we can about your child; their likes and dislikes, their abilities, their interest and their routines, we then develop a whole range of new and exciting experiences for them to enjoy.

Their Key Person will be especially aware of your child’s development and will be responsible for compiling their Learning Adventure Folder. This is a written record of your child’s progress throughout the Nursery with examples of activities, photos and comments about all the things they get up to at Head Start. It is also a brilliant record of their early years at nursery and one you will no doubt cherish for years to come!

Meal times at our Nursery are provided by parent’s in the form of a packed lunch. They are a great social occasion with all the children eating together in a relaxed atmosphere with their regular carers.

So….what are you waiting for? Why not phone our Nursery Manager to book a visit. Come and see for yourself just what a difference a ‘Head Start’ can make.
